What’s the cost to enter into a Sell and Rent Back Scheme?

The cost to enter into sell-and-rent-back schemes can vary from company to company, but you will normally find, there are no costs for the companies’ service whatsoever.

The company should always pay your legal fees.  If they don't then they should at least contribute a minimum of £500 towards the cost.

Some companies may ask you for an upfront fee/contribution towards a survey, just to make sure you are not wasting there time, but most companies will not charge you a fee for their service.
