Setting up Housing benefit 

Setting up housing benefit can be a lengthy process; they may require a lot of information from you. It may also take time for your payments to start. With the remaining equity release from the completion of your sale and rent back, we would advise you to keep some monies aside so that you are able to keep up your rent payments until your housing benefit is being paid.
