Involve your Neighbours

You may not want to advise your neighbours that you are selling but they will certainly find out. Explain to your neighbours you are selling and if they can keep their property looking nice from the outside (if they don’t already) and if you have a noisy neighbours just ask them to please try and keep the noise down.

You have to be honest to prospective buyers about your neighbours especially about any disputes because this may come up in the searches that are carried out on the house.
