Ask for the right price

Ensure that you correctly price your property. You have all the research you have carried out and also the valuations from the estate agents. You know what your competition is and you need to make sure that your house is better than theirs, if you want to put the property on the market at the same price, or you need to make sure you keenly price your house. A couple of thousand pounds under your competition is no good. If you want to sell quickly you will have to make sure that you price the property about 5% less than your competition.
