Guarantees

If you have any guarantees such as corgi, Fensa, NHBC, etc, etc please ensure that these are available to give to your solicitor as they will require these for the legal work. If you do not have these copies can be obtained from the organisations that initially provided them.

Building Regulations/Certificates 

If you have had any building works that required building regulations or planning you need to make sure that these have been finished and signed off with your local council or this can delay the legal process.
