A: The sell and rent back industry has been regulated by the Financial Services Authority since 1 July 2009, it is imperative that you speak to an authorised firm before making a decision to sell and rent back your home. If you are currently considering this option please contact our regulated sell and rent back division on 01245 225 642 or please click the following link - RentMyHouseBack
If you enter into a sale and rent back agreement you are unlikely to get the market value of your home and, as a tenant, may only be able to remain there for a limited period.  There may be other options available.  Please ask for a key terms statement.  Rent My House Back is a trading style of Quick Purchase Limited which is Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Services Authority.  Our Firm Reference Number is FRN522468.

Q: My property has sitting tenants, is it a problem?
A: No we are cash property buyers and we have bought many properties with sitting tenants.

Q: Can I choose the date I move out?
A: Yes you can.

Q: My property has development potential. Can I benefit from this?
A: Yes. We recognise that some properties are ideal for development - even though the seller isn't in a position to manage this themselves. We can help by purchasing the property and agreeing with the seller to pay them a share of the profits when the property is developed.

Q: Will anybody know about the sale?
A: No, it's confidential.

Q: How do your prices compare to those I would get from an estate agent?
A: It depends on a number of variable factors such as the type property and its location. We usually offer between 65% - 80% of the current market value.

Q: Is the condition of the property important?
A: Not at all. We're interested in everything, from newly-decorated homes to properties with major problems. If repairs are needed, we can take care of them. It's not a problem.

Q: Why do you refer to yourself as a cash buyer?
A: We are cash property buyers because we have immediate access to funds. We don't need to delay the process by waiting for a mortgage company to approve the loan. That can take weeks!

Q: I am relocating and need to sell property quickly. Can you help?
A: We can purchase your property very quickly to ensure that you can move on with your plans. Sell property quickly to us and you won't be disappointed

Q: Do you carry out a structural survey?
A: Not usually. It would delay the process. Our valuers have enough experience to make decisions on the spot. If we do decide we need to survey the property it would be done at our cost.

Q: I am experiencing financial difficulties and need to release cash in my home. Is this the sort of thing you can help with?
A: We can purchase your property to help you pull yourself back from the brink of any major financial difficulties, facing eviction notice, being repossessed or any other problems.
