There is a court based procedure called Administration and this is where you have to make regular payments to the court for the outstanding money, which you have outstanding with your creditors. Most courts have a payment counter enabling you to do this. The court will require proof that you have consistent income to make weekly or monthly repayments. The court takes a percentage of the money you pay, to put towards their costs. If you don’t keep your financial commitment to the court regularly, the order could be stopped which may revert you to the same conditions as someone who is currently being made bankrupt. If you can not pay as ordered because your circumstances have changed, you can change the order by applying to the court which made the order in the first place and they will advise you of your options.
